Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the email address used for your e-hosts account and, when available, the name or ID of the connected Facebook account or Page. Do not email your password or access token.

What we will delete

• Your e-hosts profile and account identifiers, when account deletion is requested.
• Stored Facebook user and Page identifiers associated with your account.
• Facebook access tokens and connection records.
• Locally stored public Page content or metadata obtained through Page Public Content Access or Page Public Metadata Access, where it is associated with your account and not required to be retained by law.
• Local Story, post, scan and activity records associated with the deleted connection or account.

Processing time

We will acknowledge valid requests and complete deletion within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days. We may contact you to verify account ownership before deleting data.

Information that may be retained

We may retain limited records when required by law, necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, or needed to document compliance with a deletion request. Retained records will be restricted and deleted when the applicable requirement ends.

Remove e-hosts from Facebook

You can also remove the application through your Facebook account's Apps and Websites settings. This stops future access under that authorization. To ensure deletion of information already stored by e-hosts, also submit the request described above.
