This Privacy Policy explains how e-hosts ("e-hosts," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our website and Facebook Page management services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account information you provide directly, such as your name, email address and authentication details. When you connect Facebook, we may receive identifiers, access tokens, Page names, Page IDs, Page profile images and other information made available through the permissions you authorize.

2. Facebook Platform data

Depending on the features approved for our Meta application and your authorization, e-hosts may process the following categories of Platform Data:

• Page Public Content Access: eligible public posts, captions, media references, timestamps, engagement information and related public Page content needed to provide requested content-management or review functions.
• Page Public Metadata Access: eligible Page identifiers, names, categories, profile images and other public metadata needed to identify Pages and display them in the service.
• Authorized Page-management data: information associated with Pages you administer when you explicitly connect an account and grant the required permissions.

We do not sell Facebook Platform Data. We use it only to provide, secure, maintain and improve the features you request, comply with applicable law, and enforce our Terms.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate users and provide account access.
• Connect and synchronize authorized Facebook Pages.
• Display, organize and manage Page content and Story workflows.
• Provide analytics, activity history and operational logs.
• Protect the service against fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
• Respond to support, privacy and data-deletion requests.

4. Data sharing

We may share limited information with service providers that host, secure or support the application, only as necessary to perform services for us and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security. We do not share Platform Data with data brokers or use it for unrelated advertising.

5. Storage and security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Access tokens and credentials should be stored securely and are accessible only to authorized systems or personnel. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal or security obligations and resolve disputes. Platform Data that is no longer required, is no longer authorized, or is subject to a valid deletion request will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

7. Your choices and rights

You may disconnect Facebook access through your Facebook settings, stop using the service, or request access, correction or deletion of your information. Removing our app from Facebook may stop future access but does not automatically replace a direct deletion request for data already stored by e-hosts.

9. Cookies

We may use essential cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security and basic service functionality. We do not use these essential technologies to sell personal information.

10. Children

The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect service, legal or regulatory changes. The revised date shown above indicates when the latest version became effective.
