These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you access or use e-hosts, including features that connect to Facebook Pages through Meta Platform permissions. By using the service, you confirm that you accept these conditions.

1. Authorized access

You may connect and manage only Facebook accounts, Pages and business assets that you own or are expressly authorized to administer. You must not attempt to access another person’s data or assets without permission.

2. Facebook Platform permissions

Features that use Page Public Content Access or Page Public Metadata Access are provided only to display or process publicly available Page information and content for legitimate Page-management purposes. Your use must comply with Meta Platform Terms, applicable developer policies and all relevant laws.

3. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your e-hosts login credentials and connected Facebook authorization. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or access token has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use e-hosts to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or malicious content; interfere with the service; bypass access controls; scrape data unlawfully; or misuse Meta Platform Data.

5. Service availability

Some features depend on Meta APIs and may change, become unavailable or require renewed authorization. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services or that every Facebook feature can be performed through the API.

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of account information and Facebook Platform Data is described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion instructions are available on our Data Deletion page.

7. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate abuse, or enforce these conditions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, e-hosts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party platform outages, permission changes or actions performed by an authorized user.

9. Changes to these conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions when the service, law or platform requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
