Last updated: October 18, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of e-hosts. By accessing the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and authorized to manage any Facebook account or Page you connect. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.
2. Permitted use
You may use e-hosts only for lawful business purposes and only in connection with accounts, Pages and data you are authorized to access. You must comply with applicable laws, Meta Platform Terms, Facebook policies and all permissions granted by Page owners or administrators.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Accessing Pages, accounts or data without authorization.
- Using Platform Data for surveillance, discrimination, data brokerage or unrelated advertising.
- Attempting to bypass access controls, rate limits or security measures.
- Uploading malware, interfering with the service or using it for fraudulent activity.
- Misrepresenting your identity, permissions or relationship with a Page.
4. Facebook integration
e-hosts is an independent service and is not endorsed by Meta. Facebook features depend on Meta APIs, permissions, review decisions and platform availability. Meta may change or discontinue API features at any time. You remain responsible for actions taken on connected Pages.
5. Content and data responsibility
You retain responsibility for content you publish, process or delete using the service. You must have all rights and permissions required for that content. Some actions may be irreversible; review selections carefully before confirming bulk actions.
6. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, API changes or security issues may affect functionality.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, respond to platform requirements, prevent abuse or address a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, e-hosts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or actions taken through connected third-party platforms.
10. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
